Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
As all items are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please keep in mind that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was defective upon arrival. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order for the item you would like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item if necessary.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can still initiate a return once you receive the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your payment method has expired or is no longer valid, we will issue a refund by check.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $59 to the United States. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
